Key Giveaway For Premium Subscribers: Showtime 2073
In Showtime 2073, players are thrust into a thrilling and chaotic spectacle where survival is the ultimate goal. The game's premise is deceptively simple: collect red and green balls to gain rockets and health, respectively, while navigating through five increasingly difficult levels. Each level escalates the challenge with a diverse array of enemies including runners, spiders, mecha, turrets, and human clones. The high level of destructibility in the environment adds to the excitement, making every moment feel dynamic and intense. The game’s classic FPS controls make it easy to pick up, but mastering it requires skill and strategy as the difficulty ramps up. Developer Bernard Nicolas aimed to blend fun and fury seamlessly, and Showtime 2073 delivers on this promise with its fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping gameplay
The Ultimate Gaming Blanket: Exclusive Deal
Let's cut the chase here, it's a big cozy blanket with arm holes. And it's brilliant.
The blanket comes from the new company Naked Blanket Co. Hand-crafted in the USA and designed for hands-free gaming, phone use, or anything else you need your hands for.
Owner of Free-To-Play-Games called this blanket "The silliest and most genius thing I've seen all year, and I need to have one".
We actually got sent one of these to try it out and it really is quite awesome. We wish that we could give them away to everyone, but that's not quite realistic. So we negotiated the best deal we could.

Featured Game Review: Squirrel with a Gun
If you’ve ever dreamed of a game where a mischievous squirrel with a gun runs riot through a suburban paradise, then Squirrel with a Gun might just be your next wild adventure. Imagine the chaotic joy of a sandbox game where the rules are as loose as the grip of a squirrel holding a pistol. The initial allure is undeniable, there’s something irresistibly amusing about a tiny, armed rodent causing mayhem among unsuspecting humans. However, while the game's premise promises endless hilarity and uproarious fun, it struggles to maintain its momentum. Despite delivering some genuinely funny moments and a decent dose of chaos in its early hours, "Squirrel with a Gun" runs out of steam quickly, hindered by performance issues and a lack of depth. The initial thrill may leave you eagerly awaiting a more polished sequel, but for now, this playful escapade might fall short of its ambitious goals.
Chaotic fun meets shallow combat and some glitches
In Squirrel with a Gun, the novelty of a firearm-wielding squirrel quickly fades as combat proves underwhelming. Enemies are largely passive and easy to dispatch, with repetitive shooting mechanics and limited finishing moves that lose their appeal fast. Boss fights with military vehicles add some variety but are short-lived and don’t significantly enhance the gameplay.
The platforming, however, offers a more engaging experience. Using weapons to navigate and double-jump through levels provides a creative twist that remains enjoyable. Unfortunately, the fun is frequently interrupted by technical issues, including crashes and glitches, which force players to repeat sections and detract from the overall experience. Despite its charm, the game’s shallow combat and persistent technical problems may leave players wanting more.
The idea of a squirrel wreaking havoc with an arsenal of weapons is inherently funny, yet the repetitive nature of the combat and lack of enemy variety means the laughs wear thin rather quickly. The few standout moments, like the amusing boss fights and creative platforming sections, highlight what could have been a more memorable experience if the game had invested in deeper gameplay mechanics and more polished features
Bottom Line
Squirrel with a Gun presents a charmingly wild concept - a gun-toting squirrel causing havoc - that initially captivates with its playful chaos and creative platforming. However, despite the fun found in its sandbox environments and standout boss fights, the game falls short due to shallow combat, frequent technical glitches, and a brief runtime. The novelty of the premise and occasional high points are overshadowed by the repetitive gameplay and frustrating crashes. While the game’s quirky idea holds promise, it ultimately leaves players craving a more polished and expansive experience. Here's hoping for a sequel that builds on this concept with greater depth and stability
